The Sr. High ministry involves students who are high school freshman through seniors. The Sr. High program consists of Sunday School every Sunday morning, Wednesday Connect every Wednesday from September through April, and a variety of events, service, and mission opportunities. Sunday School is held each Sunday from 9:30-10:30 am in the Sr. High classroom. The classroom is located above the entrance to the Life Center on the second floor. The curriculum being used for the Sr. High is the Student Life Bible Study curriculum, years 3 through 6, with focuses the themes of Community, Covenant, Consecration, and Comission. In September, 2009, we began the year 5 study called Reverb.

Wednesday Connect is a mix of fellowship time, teaching, and small groups. On 2nd, 4th, and 5th Wednesday evenings, the Sr. High will meet in the Sr. High classroom for announcements, fellowship time, and small group from 6:45 till 8:15 pm.  New for the 2009-2010 school year is the moving of the Sr. High Wednesday Connect out into the community.  On the 1st Wednesday of each month, the Sr. High meet in the 2nd floor room above Smith's Coffeehouse in Arcanum, Ohio from 6:45-8:15 pm.  On the 3rd Wednesday of each month, the Sr. High meet in the 2nd floor of Ft. Black Buffet in New Madison, Ohio from 6:45-8:15 pm.  Vans will leave Castine Church for the offsite locations at 6:25 pm each evening, and will have the students back to the church by 8:15 pm.

The planning for the year includes two service projects, and an outing or event each quarter. Our intent is to keep all the extracurricular activities costs to a maximum of $200 for the year (excluding the cost of the summer mission trip). The outings planned for the year are
