The Jr. High ministry involves students in grades 7 and 8 in their local schools. The Jr. High program consists of Sunday School every Sunday morning, from 9:30-10:30 am in the Jr. High classroom. The classroom is located just off the south side of the worship center entrance, on the second floor. The curriculum being used by the Jr. High is the Student Life Bible Study curriculum, years 1 and 2, with focuses the themes of Christ and Character. In September, 2008, we began year 2 on Character.

On Wednesday, we have Wednesday Connect for Jr. High students, beginning at 6:45. We are presently using Friendship First materials, and are adding in some service opportunities in the community through the year on Wednesday evenings as well.

On Wednesday evenings, the Jr. High meet with the Sr. High in the Sr. High classroom for praise singing and prayer. They will then move to their Jr. High classroom for the small group time (until 7:45 pm), and then and then have fellowship time (7:45-8:15 pm).

Journals for the Student Life Character study are available for each student.

The planning for the year includes two service projects, and an outing or event each quarter. Our intent is to keep all the extracurricular activities costs to a maximum of $200 for the year (excluding the cost of the summer mission encounter). The outings planned for the year are
